No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming.'

"Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with."
