'It was a beautiful stay.. staff was extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating. The food was good and the environment was great. We got great value for out money with an all inclusive package. We had a long wait to check in tho and the palce was extremely hot but when we got checked in everything else was smooth sailing'

'Unfortunately, my experience at Óleo Cancún Playa was very disappointing. The hotel feels very old, neglected, and in serious need of renovation. The common areas and restaurants look worn down and outdated, and overall, the property does not feel as clean or well-maintained as it should. The pool is quite small, and access is not very convenient. The pool bar also looks old and was not very clean. Our room did not feel or smell fresh and clean, and the air conditioning did not cool the room...
