'The rooms definitely need to be renovated. In my opinion, this was not a five-star hotel experience at all. I was placed in Room 1100, directly below the gym, and it was awful. I could constantly hear people running on the treadmills and dropping weights above me, making it nearly impossible to relax. What made it even more frustrating was that this was the third room I had been placed in within just two days. Between constantly changing rooms and the excessive noise, it simply did not feel...

'Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options. They even have a coffee shop with fresh fruit juices and a smoothie bar. The spa was a 10/10 experience. We did the couples hydro therapy and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Excellence Riviera for a truly amazing vacation!'

Unfortunately, after experiencing the resort ourselves, we would not return. This was my 16th trip to Mexico, and as a travel agent who has stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, I would not recommend this property at its current price point....
