'Overall was a good experienced but it did not feel like I was on vacation or like a standard resort. The staff was not as welcoming or helpful they seemed more annoyed than passionate. I love resorts that are more upbeat but we had to figure out ways to entertain ourselves. Online it said they had shows happening but there weren’t any shows. Thank Goodness we were vantage club members for our stay so we had access to the beach club or else we would have been bored out of our minds. Only good...

'I had A very relaxing time. Everything was super clean maid service was impeccable and turndown as well. Excellent breakfast buffet with on-site juice/smoothy station and in-house Starbucks also was clutch! Room service was also excellent. Everyday bbq and Evening tacos by the pool may have been my favorite meals. Super friendly and helpful staff. Massage was overpriced for the service, unremarkable. Mani-pedi on site affordable. Proximity to the beach is perfection.. just steps from the pool...
