'Secrets was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, the pools were beautiful and there was always entertainment happening. The quiet pool was calm and relaxing if you wanted a more serene setting. The food was great and we never had to wait long at the restaurants. And if you are looking for a a late night the DJ in the lounge was so much fun! Great place for couples to relax and reconnect.'

'I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. 'We stayed with our teenage daughter and we all had a wonderful time. Having the butler service was great for coordinating reservations and rides, everyone was helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back again! There is nothing I would have wanted different from the stay, everything was great!'
