We had a fantastic stay at Grand Sirenis. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant and relaxing experience.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality throughout our stay. It really added to the overall enjoyment of the trip.
We especially want to recognize the Expedia representatives on site, Eduardo and Alfred. They were absolutely fantastic—professional, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had the best possible experience. Their support made a big difference for us.
The only area that could use improvement is the spa. The prices felt quite high relative to the services provided, and the water circuit experience was not as relaxing as expected. Since it is available to many guests across the hotel, it was often very crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy and unwind.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The service, food, and overall atmosphere made it a memorable experience.
