Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren. Ook het ontbijt op het strand was prima en je zit er heerlijk met uitzicht op zee'

'Si. Todo muy limpio. El personal siempre atento y amable. El hotel muy bonito y de buen gusto. La alberca impecable. Servicio de transporte al parque del jaguar, al tren maya y a la zona fuera del hotel muy eficiente y continuo. Tiene todos los servicios para entretenimiento y descanso. Comida muy sabrosa en el restaurante y snack bar. '
