'We recently stayed at this resort in Cancun, and overall we were pretty disappointed.
The staff wasn’t very helpful. We noticed they were much more attentive to older guests and guests who seemed to be American while our family who is Hispanic and traveling with young kids was often overlooked. It honestly felt like they only became friendly or willing to help after we tipped which was really disappointing.
Another issue was the kids pool. The lifeguards spent more time talking to each other...

'The hotel was ok, beds were a little hard and bathroom needed a bit more maintenance, like the door was missing the handle and the shower did not look clean. Its a good resort, but all inclusive is not all inclusive, we stayed there for a week and I could only book 3 restaurant visits during my stay, and when you travel with kids that is a non negotiable, you need to have options, so that is one of the parts that I did not like. Also when I went to their all you can eat buffet, twice the meat...
