The room was clean and house keeping did a great job of cleaning it as needed. The bathtub was very dated and did not work that great for kids. You could hear everything from our room (we were on the 4th floor) like loud people at the pool and bar at all hours of the night.
I loved that this resort had so many activities for kids/families and for a variety of ages too.
One of the biggest issues is the poor wifi connectivity at this resort. Without good working wifi, it was difficult taking full advantage of the amenities. I did not feel comfortable/safe leaving my children at the kid’s paradise or baby paradise under their care when the only way for them to contact you is dependent on good working wifi.
I would have loved to try a few of the restaurants on site but it is very difficult to get a reservation especially if you are traveling with family not staying in your room. We were only able to try the steakhouse and the food was ok but the atmosphere was fun.
Food was ok, my kids loved the snack bar by the pool that offered burgers and fries all day long and they loved that every bar had a kids menu too. I wish they had more fresh fruit/vegetable options at the grab and go lunch spots during the day and night.
