Pros: All the staff and people were great. Room was clean and had a good view. Beach is nice and simple and there are several bars everywhere around the resort. Quick trip to/from the airport in under 30 minutes, plenty Ubers and other transport around if you want to get somewhere off Res. Cons: All the food options were not great. The restaurants are booked each day within minutes of 8am so it's near impossible to book dinner other than the buffet. Half our party got sick off the food. The bartenders are great but the liquor options are limited and low quality. The check in process can easily take an hour plus. We have a 2yo and 4yo and they were either too young or too old (the childcare area is only for 3 and under) for the various activities at the resort. All the activities at the resort are only open a few hours per day (i.e. rock-climbing, water slides, etc). Beds and pillows suck.

Have stayed at quite a few different places over the years and this was easily our worst all inclusive experience ever. Food was consistently bad, rooms in poor shape, housekeeping wasn’t great(my son’s bed was made without a sheet multiple times, towels removed from room, but not all replaced), lacking in amenities for the number of people staying there and noticed a number of unhygienic practices in regards to the food (all 15 people in our group got sick at some point, as well as most others we met while there). 10 adults in our travel group and we were all very disappointed with our choice of resort.

The staff was wonderful other than the front desk. I was located on the left side of the hotel next to the RUI. It was so loud for so many hours that you couldn't enjoy yourself. First time at a huge hotel like this.You couldn't get a seat on the beach or the pool.Unless you went out and put your towel down at seven in the morning. The buffet food was the same and was served cold. Again , The buffet staff , the bar staff and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. But I would never recommend this hotel.

During the 4 nights I was there, they never changed my towels. I put them on the floor for them to change, and they only put 2 folded towels and the others on the shower door. We had to use clean towels from the pool. Everything else was fine.

Notre vol a été retardé de plus de 4 heures. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude les 48 premières heures et aucune solution ou compensation par le personnel de l'hôtel (changer de chambre, remboursement partiel ou crédit pour une activité). Sur 24 personnes 14 ont été malade et beaucoup de personne étaient également malade sur le site de l'hôtel.

Room was okay, staff didn’t seem to care to help out at all. We all got sick therefore left the do not disturb sign on our door which stopped water bottle restock, well I called down and asked they come to our room multiple times and it never happened. Pools are freezing (ocean is warmer) and a huge lack of chairs. Overall just okay.

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and a nice clean place to stay. Unfortunately my wife and I got food poisoning twice from the food. And the hot water broke for 3 days.

This hotel is obviously overcrowded. It is very difficult to find a place at the beach and pools. Personal looks tired and not friendly. The lines are everywhere. There are only two elevators in the main building, therefore you need to wait. My wife got a food poisoning I was trying to arrange a meeting with the hotel manager. She obviously ignored me.

I feel that the whole trip was pretty mediocre. I was excited about the great deal, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. If you're looking for a cheap vacation away on a beach, you got it. Good take aways from this stay: the staff was great, everyone was friendly and fun! Shout out to Dr. Gabby, the massage therapists at the spa, and Carlos at aquaworld for saving our vacation after my partners back injury and both of our bouts of food poisoning. That being said, the food was a little sketchy; lots of little kid's hands all over everything at the buffet, quality of the food was iffy, but there was a nice selection of vegetarian and vegan options! The lines for the buffet in the morning were annoying, as well as trying to get a reservation at any of the restaurants. The pools are not heated, but when visiting in February, they're pretty chilly. Even the jacuzzis weren't very warm, and the hot water/water pressure in the room was kind of spotty. In gernal the whole place looks like it needs a good deep clean and a few repairs, but it was a good price. Would I book again here? Probably not.

Check in process is something from the dark ages. Count on an hour to get through that mess. 1 of the 3 elevators was shut down the week we were there. One of the operating ones had the grab rails missing with dangerous brackets only sticking out. Everyday was a struggle to find clean beach towels. Terrible exchange system. Kids pools were to cold to use with 70 degrees outside temps. Staff were pleasant enough but English not widely understood.

The room was clean , the view was amazing ! The bartender luis and server ruby at the main bar by where you check in were such nice people, they were very welcoming ,they remembered our names and our favorite drinks! We would stop by everyday to say hi to them they are very special people . Jesus who helped us with our luggage was awesome , he made sure we knew our way around and answered all our questions.

It was an excellent experience overall. The atmosphere was great, with a nice buffet and very good restaurant food. The staff were amazing—always smiling, happy, and welcoming. The drinks were good, and Dr. Gabriella was very kind. The beach and pools were perfect. Everything was extremely clean: the rooms, sheets, lobby, toilets, showers—everywhere was spotless. There were a few downsides, though. On the first day, beach towels were very limited and we couldn’t find any all day, which was quite awkward. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, which was unexpected. Restaurant reservations were also inconvenient, as we had to wake up at 8 a.m. to book. The billiard tables were in poor condition and not level. The hotel programs and entertainment were averag and great for kids, but not ideal for adults looking for a more refined or relaxing experience. I would rate it as a 4 star experience but i think the hotel deserves to be in the top rated ones so i will rate it as 5 and hope they will fix the problems!

My family of five Al got terribly sick for 2 days and we don’t know for sure where from, we suspect it was the water, juices and ice since we all had them. We talked to many other families that experienced the same things so be careful what your ingesting !!
