No chairs in the balcony
Terrible system for booking dinner at the restaurants
Nobody polices when people save seats at the pool - most of the time the seats are saved the whole day with nobody coming to sit in them and so nobody can use them.
People actually getting upset when you take their seats when they haven’t been there for at least an hour to two hours it’s not fair and this is not high school
There was an instance at the beach, where they were towels left on the chair chairs for approximately 5 hours and the attendance came for five minutes and left, and nobody was able to use the receipt receipts
The buffet was OK
Disappointed at the steaks restaurant the steak was subpar
The seafood restaurant the fish fillet was good. The steak was OK. I’ve had better in Texas.
The Concierge was no help. He was only there to direct you, but stated “”” I have no power.”
The drinks were OK
The lifeguards were Very professional. I’m glad they had them. They were on top of their job.
The sea was choppy a little bit, but clear waters with a little bit of seaweed, which is OK
Check in process was fast quick easy
They never had enough towels many times I would go to this house service and they would say it would be a 10 to 20 minute wait
During the check-in process, nobody told us about what time the app was closed and went to get on the app to book the restaurants
The system is a little bit unfair
Did not use the gym did not use the spa
