'I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'We enjoyed our four night stay at this property. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and The staff was also great. Very professional and friendly. Food was very good with one unfortunate exception. Blanca Blue was our favorite restaurant with Dao coming a close second. The exception was Bocados Steakhouse. We were quite disappointed with the service there, as well as some of food we ordered. But that really is the only negative...
