El servicio de todo el personal del hotel es muy amable, te ayudan en dudas y demás durante la estadía. Me encanto las medidas que emplean para cuidar la flora y fauna. Referente al restaurante ofrece platillos típicos de la zona, es delicioso y no es caro. Ellos te llevan directo al museo del parque del jaguar ya que esta todo conectado. Recomiendo visitarlo ampliamente.'

"Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!"
