Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'Overall my experience at Habitas was bad. I booked this hotel for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 2. It was raining so hard that glamping was extremely uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety at night.
The check-in process was confusing, because I thought I had paid the full amount up front in February, but the taxes of 19% were to be paid at checkin. Expedia was unclear if the amount included taxes or not.
I arrived at night in the poring rain and the property has bad lighting....

De bar op het strand ging dicht om 18.00 maar er zijn genoeg gelegenheden in de buurt om te dineren.
