'We had booked for two nights and we left after the first night. The place is uninhabitable and we needed to find lodgings elsewhere. There were no blankets and we were cold in the night, no hot water, only 3 pillows while we were four people. There were bugs all over the room and a nasty smell. There was dog poop and dog pee all over the common areas. Definitely do not recommend'

'Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air...

Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.'

'I loved everything about VR club tulum. The staff was very welcoming and kind and polite. Pools are great. The beach had seaweed, but that’s out of any humans control—Mother Nature! The only thing is that the shower water doesn’t get very hot but it’s still warm. Also, it was my birthday and my dads and they gave a cute cake with a cute decoration on the bed. I can’t wait to go back!!!'

'De villas liggen rustig en direct aan een privé strand. De auto staat veilig en bewaakt op het terrein. De villas zijn volledig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Ook de 2 zwembaden zijn fijn waarvan 1 voor kleine kinderen. We hebben genoten.'

'When you enter the property; amazing! very beautiful. However if you market yourself as a family friendly hotel and you cannot offer hot water at night for a formule bottle, or any baby friendly food, im not very sure. The first we got with our 15 months old had a bathroom outside, without any closed of door. We asked for an upgrade (which we paid) as we thought it would have a bathtub. Seemed it was not connected but just put as decoration. Strange. Simply put; rooms were a bit too primitive...

'We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...
