Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. 'I stayed at Unico with a large group of family members. There were 14 of us total. We all had an amazing time an Unico. Firstly, we were assigned a host named Luis and he was awesome! He checked in with me every morning to see if I needed anything and to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We chatted through WhatsApp messenger which made everything easy. 'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. 'Every single interaction with staff was a great experience! Having other resort access was also a huge plus. Spent most days at the infinity pool where we always had great service & great view. The spa was another great spot- sports complex, massages, health bar, gym, lazy river, and health circuit which includes dry and wet saunas, cold plunge, hot tubs etc. I wish the food was a little better it was a hit or miss but what you expect at resorts.
