Luxe hotels in Tulum

'The hotel is very pretty, so are the rooms. The prices for food are ridiculous however and not very good. We ordered traditional Mexican foods and they served it with sweet sauce! And then they still dare to over charge. Also the cabs that arrive at the hotel only try to rip off tourists. '

'Loved the hotel. My room had a swim up (given an upgrade because of Expedia ). I wish the food was better. I would say it’s 7/10. Other things I saw was that the rest of the hotel is ok the older side. But it’s ok. The family selection side is great. Loved how they have lots of things for the kids in the pool.
