'Prachtige locatie, mooie huisjes met eigen tuintje, douchen in de buitenlucht, goede bedden, wakker worden door het gezang van vogels, strand met wit zand en lekkere strandbedden, vriendelijk personeel, goede ontbijt-, lunch- en dinermogelijkheid op het strand, goede adviezen over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants in Tulum.
Het hotel ligt in een natuurpark. Het is niet toegestaan om water in plastic flessen mee naar binnen te nemen. '
'I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. 'From check in to check out this was an amazing property! The most friendly staff I have ever experienced and I’ve been to over a 100 countries! Great food, great location, super chill and no kids! '

Bij aankomst valet parking, koffers worden voor je uitgeladen, welkomstdrankje, nat en koel handdoekje en prachtige standaardkamer, met airco, minibar (koelkast op kamer is must hier). Netflix op kamer, mooi balkon met heerlijk uitzicht op tropische binnentuin. Zwembad op dak, waar ook ontbijt is en rechts van hotel leuk italiaans restaurant met prijzen waar je in Tulum je vingers bij aflikt. Direct erna een leuke foodtruck van Nederlandse eigenaar. 'Dit kleine hotel, met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel verdient een : uitstekend! De kamers zijn zeer warm en sfeervol ingericht en heel ruim. Alles wordt op en top bijgehouden. Fietsverhuur inbegrepen wat in Tulum heel leuk is. '

'It's an ok place to stay. Not too expensive compared to other accommodation in the region. The hotel could do with some overdue maintenance, but overall it was clean and quiet(ish).
Close to the ruins, but you need your own transportation. '

"The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better.
To start with the positive things:
+ Really nice park setting
+ Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps)
+ Near/at de beach
+ Clean shared bathrooms
+ No loud music and no noice during the night
+ Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom
Negative things or things that you should be aware of are:
-/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example)
-/- some waiters only busy with getting tips instead of giving good an nice service
-/- no breakfast included. Its available for aroud 10 usd
-/- no shop at the camping or in the area for buying small food and drinks
-/- park entrance not included in de price of the accommodation. More than 20 usd a person and only valit for one day. So when you leave the National park to go to Tulum center for example, you have pay again!
-/- be aware that the beach front tents dont have beach view!!! Its better to book garden view. Aldo less noice from the ocean.
