'I love how this location is very private. It has its private entrance to the jaguar park area. You also have access to golf carts that take you around the area where you can visit the light house, the Mayan ruins and other beaches like Santa Fe. We had the ocean front villa #1. Right in front the beach and near their restaurant Bokoba. Staff was extremely friendly. The waiter Jose went above and beyond for us. He brought us breakfast to our patio a few times. 'El lugar está prácticamente dentro (o pegado) a la zona de la reserva del jaguar. Solo se ve selva pero súper bien protegido y con mucho respeto a la fauna y flora. La gente es un encanto en su atención. Estamos tristes de no quedarnos más tiempo. La comida súper deli y el espacio en total es una muy agradable experiencia. 'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were excellent, check in was fast and easy. They let me check in early and gave a late checkout. Much better than Holiday Inn’s in the U.K. Rooms were a good size, with a coffee machine and tv, water pressure was really good, and the clock had a usb port. So good I stayed an extra night. . Only thing that would be beneficial would be a mini fridge in the room, although the staff did find me a fridge. Highly recommended'

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...

    "The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better. To start with the positive things: + Really nice park setting + Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps) + Near/at de beach + Clean shared bathrooms + No loud music and no noice during the night + Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom Negative things or things that you should be aware of are: -/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example) -/- some waiters only busy with getting tips instead of giving good an nice service -/- no breakfast included. Its available for aroud 10 usd -/- no shop at the camping or in the area for buying small food and drinks -/- park entrance not included in de price of the accommodation. More than 20 usd a person and only valit for one day. So when you leave the National park to go to Tulum center for example, you have pay again! -/- be aware that the beach front tents dont have beach view!!! Its better to book garden view. Aldo less noice from the ocean. -/- hotel cant help this, but there is alot of dirt on the beaches and in the water -/- the taxi from Tulum center to the hotel is overpriced and cost 20 usd. If you have time its better to take a small bus (collectivo)"
