'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. 'El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente.'

'Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! '

' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

'Beautiful hotel located directly at the beach. The staf is great and delivers good service. The shops and restaurants are all in walking distance of the hotel. Really nice place to get some peace and have nice food and cocktails at the beach!'
