'Un desastre al llegar... no hay quien te reciba, te mandan una clave, que a mi nunca me funciono, estuve 2 horas afuera esperanfo, como esta alejado, no hay señal, tuve que regresar al pue lo para intentar comunicarme, nunca me contestaron, el telefono que tienen esta fuera de servicio...el lugar no tenia ningun servicio y no habia nadie para resolver, afortunadamente llego una persona que nos reubivo a otro lugar, nos mandaron un tipo hostal (casa ambar) que esta mucho mucho mejor... este lugar...

'Rooms were great. Wonderful view of ocean. Staff was A+ from the second we walked in they helped us with everything. They remembered our names, how we liked our food cooked etc. The location to the things that we like on Tulum Beach was ideal. There is a small convenience store right across the street which made it so convenient to grab snacks and water if needed when the restaurant was closed. Will definitely return. '

' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

'Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en het eten bij restaurant Loco was ook heerlijk. Aanrader, huur fietsen en fiets een stuk richting de ruïne, daar...

La propiedad no me brindó el servicio, al llegar firmé el check inn pasamos a la habitación y ahí me dijeron que no me podía quedar esa noche por qué no había luz, me trasladaron con engaños a otro hotel supuestamente por una noche, el otro hotel no contaba con los servicios contratados, y al siguiente día al pedir mi regreso o cambio de espacio, ether hotel se deslindo me dijo que lamentaba no poderme dar el servicio y ya no volvió a responderme.
