'This place is so special. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredible and so attentive. My fiancée and I stayed here mid November and the beach and water were so clean. The food and drinks were beyond delicious. Special thank you to Ricardo who made our stay at Umi extra enjoyable and upgraded our room. We will miss this place but definitely be back ❤️'

'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en het eten bij restaurant Loco was ook heerlijk. Aanrader, huur fietsen en fiets een stuk richting de ruïne, daar...

'This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!'

'Personeel is waanzinnig aardig, de entree en het park zijm geweldig. Het strand is suoer mooi! Onze kamer (Ambar) had geen super fomfortabel bed, maar dat maakte totaal niet uit. Het was echt geweldig!'

'Clean room, stunning views, courteous staff. The only downside is that the private mini pool on the roof takes forever to fill and the water is not hot, but it’s not a hot tub so it’s ok. Yoga in the morning with Maria was awesome! Will be coming back for sure'

' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

'Third time staying here and still an amazing resort but couldn’t help to notice they are slowly losing their personal touches that made it so special. 1st time was in 2023 and met with smiling faces, valet parking, gift package in the room. 2nd time 2024 all the same with a nice gift bag with sun screen, aloe and bug spray. 3rd time 2025, no valet, no gift bag, friendliest was dwindling and when asked for my car, they gave me my keys and said it’s in the dirt parking lot out back and I can get...

'Beautifull hotel with amazing views and spacious rooms. But…just besides a open air bar with very loud music untill 3 am. So if you are in the party scene it’s OK but not for families or people who are looking for a quid night. It’s a pity the hotel doesn’t make notice of this in advance. '

'Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo.
