'La atención que recibí durante mi estancia en el hotel Mundo Maya del aeropuerto Tulum fue excelente, los desayunos, comida buffet y a la carta me encantaron en cuanto a preparación , sabor y variedad, habitaciones muy limpias y reconfortantes para un buen descanso, me tocó una habitación con terracita al jardín donde disfrute los atardeceres con un rico café.'

'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan. Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en het eten bij restaurant Loco was ook heerlijk. Aanrader, huur fietsen en fiets een stuk richting de ruïne, daar...

'Très bel hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, avec une vraie good vibe dès l’arrivée. Idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre-ville animé, tout en conservant un calme absolu. La plage est magnifique (malgré des sargasses importantes sur la fin du séjour) m. Le petit déjeuner est delicieux. Mention spéciale aux personnels pour leurs accueils parfait, toujours avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse.'

'Beautiful hotel located directly at the beach. The staf is great and delivers good service. The shops and restaurants are all in walking distance of the hotel. Really nice place to get some peace and have nice food and cocktails at the beach!'

'Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

'This wonderful spot and we had a fantastic time. The cabins are clean, beds and sheets are soft and the beach is spectacular. The food and service is excellent. It’s different than your typical vacation spot. By the time we left the staff and other guests felt like friends and family. And there are cats!! '

' A Lot of noise. There was a bachelor weekend party and they booked us as a family on the same side. Very basic noise. No clean sheets (apparantly rust, but it looked like blood), my kids had small bugs in theorie beds. The location is good in overpriced Tulum. '

'Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back.'

'Very disappointing stay I stayed at Casa Gitano after booking through Expedia. Our room had a serious bug problem with numerous insects inside. The bugs were everywhere on our clothes. The sink in our room was clogged, and staff had to come fix it. Shortly after, the hot water stopped working, and we were left having to use cold water. The pool was extremely dirty with sand and debris floating on the surface, and we were told it would take several days to clean, which they should have taken...
