'All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️'

'I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. However the fans above the beds were very strong and it was comfortable. The place was very jungle vibes and rustic which I loved! 'Hotel and staff were outstanding. Being able to use WhatsApp to arrange transport and answer any questions was super helpful. Samantha and Jonathan couldn’t do enough to make our stay - even going out to get some superglue for my broken glasses! Location was at the end of South Tulum which meant quieter position but not as many places nearby without a lengthy walk or (expensive) taxi ride. 'De incheck ging heel soepel, Ivo stond klaar en hielp heel attent met onze bagage, de kamer was ruim en wij hebben er absoluut geen stroomuitval, water te kort of koud water om te douchen mee gemaakt, prima voor elkaar!! Op alle etages stond drinkwater om gratis te pakken. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van het grote dakterras om de zon onder te zien gaan.
