Horrible vacation. Concierge is just another attempt to get you to "upgrade" your all inclusive package or book excursions. "All inclusive" is not all inclusive. Different color bracelets allow you to have access to different areas of resort,beach, and alcohol choices or bars for an additional charge.The room was a plain. No coffee maker. No ice bucket or ice machine. They do not stock the mini fridge. Beds and pillows were HARD and uncomfortable.Toilet wouldnt flush.They came to fix it twice but I still had to remove the lid to the tank and mess with it after anyone used it.Shower leaked onto floor horribly.Leak spraying out of tile grout when you shower. The window in bathroom was stuck open and the handle to close was broken off.Walls are thin.Heard a child crying all day/night the whole time we were there.Housekeeping closets were right bedside bedroom doors and you could hear them talking and walkie talkie noises very early in the morning.Not enough chairs around pools for guests.Guests would place a towel and leave for hours and come back to their "saved chairs."Buffet was average. Hot foods were cold and food that was suppose to be cold were warm.Service was hit or miss.Had a whole meal without being offered water or a beverage.Didnt get to eat at the 2 a la carte restaurants as they only take 2 reservations per hour and were booked they entire 4 days I was there.Bar service slow.The color of your bracelet determines your level of service.GO ELSEWHERE!!!
