'Wow, did we ever love this place! The unit is gorgeous, modern and beautifully decorated as is the building itself. Our time in Puerto Vallarta needed to be extended due to a cancelled flight and we only wish we were able to stay at this condo longer. We would absolutely return. The location is excellent and is a short walk to many amazing shops, cafes, restaurants etc. It overlooks the river and has an amazing view of the ocean (which is even better from the rooftop pool). 'The apartment was clean, comfortable and good location in the marina. The view from windows and balcony are not great. You’re basically facing a wall of the neighboring building with a small view of the marina. Sun shines hot on balcony the entire afternoon. Not a lot of privacy between balconies on both sides. The only real complaint I have is that the patio on the roof is not open until 9:00 am which did not allow the viewing of sunrise at 7:20 am. Didn’t swim in the pool. '

'The location is amazing- in the jungle and facing the river. The property is clean and well maintained. Our room had a foam pad instead of a mattress, so too soft for me. I don’t know if all the beds are that way. '

The owner mentions the music next door and the construction on the other side. Even though the owner did mention the noise issue, I guess I was not expecting the music to be every day and as loud as it was. The construction was entertaining from the pool. 'We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay).
