'Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume. I was told the floors were still wet because the AC was on. And the humidity was the issue. Well I turned the AC off 10 hours prior and the...

'Aunque llegue a ser incluido no todos los restaurantes están abiertos de manera simultánea, en ocasiones no se respeta el itinerario del día. No hay suficientes actividades recreativas. Las amenidades culminan muy temprano. Ocasionalmente el contacto con los animales no son tan buenos. Hay personal excelente y servicial y otro no tanto. No hay suficientes camastros para la cantidad de huéspedes que se hospedan. Las porciones de la comida son muy pequeñas.'
