'El hotel es bueno,solo que no te dejan consumir bebidas que tú llevas,para otra ocasión solo reservaría el hotel ya que el desayuno está súper malo,los chilaquiles sabían a puro aceite malo,el 10 de mayo tuvieron evento y ya se imaginarán el montón de gente que había!las albercas muy bonitas y en general te atienden bien pero los de el área de bar y restaurante esos si no,los demás en el lobby muy atentos!!!'

'Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume.
