'This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.'

'The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take...

'Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year'

'Desde que llegamos la estadía fue excelente. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano junto con un upgrade en la habitación. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones están nuevas, habitaciones limpias y excelentes. La verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente.'

'It’s a good hotel in a great location. If you are looking for high end you won’t find that here. The hotel serves its purpose. Perfect location, helpful staff, has a restaurant on site. Small pool overlooking the ocean. I would definitely stay here again, would just try to get a bigger room.'

'Avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy, very dark and had a terrible chemical smell. No bedside lamps, only extremely bright ceiling lights. No visitors allowed. There’s a small pool on the roof but all the chairs were constantly claimed, even on a weekday. Some staff members were friendly. Location was good. '
