'Rooms need to be updated with USB and C ports, we tipped the maid well and room wasnt cleaned one day, one elevator in need of maintenance, patio door extremly difficult to open at the pizza restauraunt, updated menus to include steak and seafood. Would be nice to see sports in the lounge as many visitors are from Canada and the USA- Hockey/Baseball. Music playlist at pool was the same everyday. Convienance store on site would be helpful.
Other than that, we did have a nice holiday.'

'What a breath of fresh air. We did not have good accomodations at Crown Paradise Golden and was transferred free of any charges to Friendly Fun Vallarta. 'La experiencia en este hotel fue bastante mala. La comida deja mucho que desear, sin sabor y de baja calidad. El servicio del personal en la alberca es pésimo, poco atentos y nada serviciales. Además, el check-in es desesperante, tardan demasiado y la atención al cliente es muy lenta.

'We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother.
