'Cold AC, great water pressure, helpful staff, the drinks were very good. Food was ok. The machine to assign your room key to bracelet was broken when we arrived but staff was very helpful in assisting us to enter our room. You will be offered a visit to attend the sister resort and get a sales pitch. It was not pushy but there were 3 tiers of pitches. We were offered nice incentives and had a lovely breakfast there. '

'La habitación es agradable aunque me tocó en el cuarto piso y no tiene elevador entonces es lo único es que tenía que subir muchas escaleras el acceso a la playa lo tenía unos cuantos metros igual que a una de las albercas es muy tranquilo excelente para descansar ir de compras convivir con la familia o con amigos

'The resort itself is very well maintained and clean - too efficient in cleaning that it constantly has wet floors everywhere (and full of cleaning staff) and rooms being fixed at 9 pm (I will get into this later in this review).
Overall: very up to par for JW Marriott group resort for the view, location and architect itself. Has only 2 pools (both quite small) - one by the main desk is full of all inclusive drunk party groups all day long and the other pool is somewhat quieter but lots of kids....

'All was well besides one of the workers almost harassing us regarding having breakfast so they can show other properties. We had to dodge her at all times she was very aggressive trying to get us to have that breakfast. I repeatedly said no but that didn’t matter. Everytime we saw her she tried being annoying. Located about 20 mins by car to the airport and about 15 mins to downtown; however there is very little going on in that part of the city (mostly industrial). 'We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. Hospitable, but not in your face, helpful when asked. The serving staff in the restaurants seemed to not understand good service gains better tips, we just started tipping in the beginning of the meal and things rolled smoother.
