'Everything about the hotel was incredible except for the beach being unswimmable due to crocodiles. Yes, I'm not kidding. I did not know crocs were an issue until we got there and had to taxi down to a southern beach every day. Otherwise, great stay.'

'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'We loved Velas! The property was stunning, impeccably kept up. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and location was great. Very close to the airport was lovely on our departure day and a taxi into town was not bad. Will definitely go again. '

'Mi experiencia con el paquete de alimentos y bebidas fue muy decepcionante. La calidad de las bebidas fue muy inferior a lo que esperaba. Pedí una ginebra y la que me sirvieron me pareció de una calidad inaceptable.
El restaurante fue otro motivo de decepción. No había carta y las opciones de cena eran muy limitadas. El mesero, que fue amable y trató de atendernos lo mejor que pudo, no hay ni siquiera carta disponible, él llevaba un papel con las únicas opciones disponibles: carne asada, pollo...

'The property is well maintain. The rooms are clean and spacious. I had a one bedroom. Most of the staff is helpful. Pool staff is great. The hotel CEO is the one doing a terrible job allocating workforce, they had one pool service attendant, servicing everyone at the pool (terrible) he was awesome and help all of us. The quality of the food can be improve.'
