'Property was very well kept and clean. Room service was excellent. The beach club was closed and I really wanted to visit Tau Beach Club. Instead they had a suite near the beach but the vibe wasn’t what we expected. Only negative about the experience was after each food or drink event I was given a bill. I’d rather just go through the week and at the end of my stay leave one big tip instead of 25 small tips.'

'Our favourite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely breathtaking property full of charm. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind - they always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We have always felt very safe and comfortable, too. 'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'Been to PV many times. Usually, our hotel is for sleeping, showering and we go, go, go. Decided to do all inclusive and try to relax a bit. We had a wonderful time! Some of the activities listed on the website were not happening, but we do understand we were there during the off season. There was plenty to keep my 11 year old granddaughter involved and social. The food was very good and a lot of variety. The portions were a bit big and made me feel wasteful, but that is probably not...
