'I really appreciate the staff. They've provided overall exceptional service. I like the fact that the property is located within a quiet residential community. My wife and I felt like we were at home. The property itself was very clean, functional and well maintained. Our two bedroom 2 bathroom suite was amazing. Our stay at the San Tropico Boutique Hotel was well worth it and we will book here again. Highly recommended!'

'A beautiful and enchanting hotel. We only stayed there for a short while but it was truly short and sweet. The vibes were especially peaceful, and the neighborhood it was in too. The architecture was jaw droppingly beautiful and unique. A mix of Mexican Boho and classical. We also loved that it was walking distance from the airport. My wife and I walked 15 minutes to get there. We recommend for any length of stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!'

'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'The room and facilities were very clean, the food was really good, and the staff was very friendly and provided great service. The only thing I didn’t like was the blackout curtains. Even though they’re supposed to block out the light, quite a bit of daylight still came through ( About 25%). I’m sensitive to light when I sleep, so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.'

-Location is great, about 10 min taxi ride to the airport or to the downtown area
-Even through resort is older, it's very well maintained
-Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping cleaned the room daily
-Staff is super friendly, everyone was bi-lingual
-Food served in restaurants and at the pool was always tasty and the drinks were delicious
Cons:
-Biggest complaint is the lack of open restaurants to give options. The resort has 4 restaurants but every night except for one, only 1...
