'The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. '

'We chose this resort because of the great reviews. The staff was great and the grounds were very nice. When we had an issue, the general manager came to personally check on us. That said, there are a couple big deal-breakers for us. They actually open up the resort for day passes to the public and the crowds at the pool and buffet were ridiculous. When you pay to stay, you want it to feel relaxed and not like the community pool. We’ve stayed at other resorts where we did feel a sense of privacy...

'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '

'Wonderful staff, very kind, helpful, above and beyond whenever they could. Our AC in our room broke, and when they couldn't fix it, we were immediately upgraded to a different room, all within 30 mins of our initial phone call to the desk! Very, very impressed with their response and care. The walk over to the beach side is nice, a little long in the heat, but not bad at all. All the swim up bars and pools were lovely. The entrance to the Marina boardwalk is right by the lobby, and pickup...

'I was there in March 2026, and there was construction right beside the hotel that began at 7 am-it will happening for many more months as they are building a hotel. It was loud. The pools are nice. The room was good and clean. There is a bus to take you downtown, it only cost 10 pesos. There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away. The area is safe.'
