'Customer facing staff (servers, concierge) were outstanding. Kudos to Leonardo, Ulyses, Omar, Alex and Alfredo.
Back office staff (room staff, admin) not quite so good. We only got nightly turn down service about 50% of the time and our welcome letter was addressed to someone else.
Emilianos restaurant was disappointing. The main room was closed and we were shunted into a spare room, square with white walls, little decoration and no entertainment - the atmosphere was terrible. We dined on...

'I was unable to check in to my room and cannot reach anyone for assistance since it’s after hours. I booked the room after 12:00 AM on Saturday, mistakenly thinking it was for Sunday. However, check-in isn’t until 3 PM on Sunday. I contacted an Expedia assistant, but they informed me that I won’t receive a refund because I didn’t purchase any insurance option. I also tried calling the hotel’s emergency number without success. As a result, I had to book another hotel for the night and lost $150...

'The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay.
The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. '
