The only thing I’d comment is the amount of bills and receipts that need to be signed even if you didn’t consume anything or your meal/drinks were included in the package. 'My experience with the whole group, staff was great. I want to mention special kudos to Mario manager on duty most of the time when I needed to certain things as I travel quite a bit, he came through every time and can't thank him enough for the personalized service, but I will say the rest of the staff was great to me as well all in all the very Surprisingly great experience'

'I booked a hotel through Expedia and received a confirmation, only to arrive and be told the hotel never received my reservation from Expedia. As a result, they had no room for me. To make matters worse, this happened on a night when every other hotel in the area was fully booked (new years eve), leaving me without a place to stay. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. A booking confirmation should mean the reservation actually exists on the hotel’s end. Expedia failed at the...
