'This is a very nice resort. Heated pool (not all pools are as warm as this property from our experience traveling in mexico). The suites/rooms are terrific. Spacious and comfortable. The new years party and buffet was an A+. Staff is friendly, fast and professional. The food is VERY good. We did not have a single dissapointing meal. 'My family and I had a great time at La Estancia (which also includes all access to the Flamingo.) The grounds were spotless, the food was great (we did an all inclusive, which I would recommend) and the room was spacious (we had a two bedroom suite with balcony.) 'Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us.'
