'Beach , facilities , and overall cleanliness was great . The food was not good at all . Everything didn’t have taste or was appetizing . Very disappointed in the food overall wish we could have more authentic good food . Apparently other Riu hotels have better food so this one did not meet those standards . 'The resort itself is excellent. However, if you have serious food allergies like I do, I’d be careful. Lots of stuff was labeled as GF or DF and I could clearly see that it had milk or bread. I think it’s fine if you are extra aware. I told staff multiple times and I still had several allergic reactions. Other than that, this resort is my favorite.'

'Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
