'Nothing it’s excellent'

'All the pools were really warm right from the morning. I wish the pool water was a bit colder.'

'We really enjoyed our week here with our group of 11 including 3 kids! There were plenty of food options for all dietary restrictions, and the grounds throughout the resort were immaculate. The rooms/beds were a very good size, super clean and then mini fridge was WELL stocked! Every single staff member truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well served at all times. At the time we went the resort was busy, but you didn't feel it as there's so much space for everyone; we especially never...

'Good place family friendly'

'Loved this place so much, would recommend this to all my family and friends. The staff here was amazing! Food was really good aswell, with a smaller variety. The vibe of the hotel was on the more relaxing and chill vibe. You can go to the hard rock next store and enjoy there night life scene and that would give you a little more options for their nightlife activities.'

'Love at first sight The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the warm sun on my skin, the taste of an amazing cocktail great sunsets,… it all comes back when I close my eyes. What an amazing vacation! I can say that as well personally as professionally I have stayed in many hotels. But this one …. Oh my God! A new love is born. After being a loyal Palladium/Royal Suites Riviera Maya guest (6 times), and a great disillusion in the Royal Suites in Punta de Mita the week prior to coming to...

'Not all restaurants open in October. Good food and drinks.'

'Every thing was exceptional 👍👍👍'
