'For the price it was ok. We were there for a wedding, and none of the rooms had a hair dryer, which was very inconvenient. The kitchen had adequate supplies for a short stay. The beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom vanity was terrible shape, with broken tiles with mold and the cabinet looking like it had been in a flood. The breakfast buffet was decent. The pool was nice.'

'Right from the check in to the check out everything was great at this property. Lots of great food nearby and very short walk to the malecon. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop pool and great breakfast. Will be back for sure !!!!!'

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. '

'L’accueil exceptionnel digne des hôtels 5* par Isai. Deco mexicaine de bon goût, coloré, petite boutique vendant des produits d’artisans locaux. Eco/pet friendly très bien situé près de l’avenue principale et à quelques minutes de marche de la belle plage. Juste noté que la piscine est à 3 min de marche mais dans un décor enchanteur.'

'Al llegar al hotel antes del check-in reguardan el equipaje pero cuando me entregaron la habitación el personal que entrega las maletas no aparecía que tuve que agarrar mi maleta, al querer ingresar a uno de sus restaurantes no había personal que me recibiera, ni mencionaba un código de vestimenta, que opte por ingresar, al estar comiendo es cuando me menciona que no podría estar con playera pero aun asi me dejaron comer, soy de que en ocasiones quiero fumar un cigarrillo, que pregunte donde...
