'Our deck over looked the ocean. It was a highlight watching sunsets and hearing the waves through the night with just the screen door closed. Staff were friendly and enjoyed breakfast each morning. The hotel was vlose to all ammenities and central for walking to neighboring towns. The room was clean and the house keepers were lovely. The hotel is a little dated. But functional. '

'What a lovely stay we had at Sayulinda. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and have a great smiles. The rooftop pool is a little slice of heaven with inviting cabanas, yummy margaritas and ocean views. Being centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere and being close the beautiful beach. 'Check-In was a bit slow and the lady looked a bit disorganized. I guess my expectations are high but I thought the mastery of English would be a little better than it was considering it's a tourist town. We had quite a bit of trouble with our safe and also the door key. Response to our complaints was pretty good Now on the positive side. 'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'

'Lo único medianamente rescatable es la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto. La habitación exageradamente pequeña, 2.5 m x 5 m apenas cabe la cama a lo largo. El baño 1 x 2 m. El desayuno básico pero sabroso. La relación costo beneficio muy desfavorable para el cliente. '

'The infinity pool has a great view. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. They checked how we were doing and offered their support for any needs. They work with the restaurant across the street from the property - food and drinks are delicious. Only issue was the WiFi had poor signal in our room. '
