Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). La suite que nos dieron de upgrade es de las mejores de un resort que he tenido la fortuna de alojarme, comparandole con hoteles en todo el mundo. El unico pero...

'All rooms face the Ocean, view is obscured by other buildings and the Palm Trees. Only complaint I have, the Bar across the Street on the Beach was blaring Hip Hop Music until 1:00 AM. Had to fall asleep with the room thumping from the Bass. '

'We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.'

'The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. The food was really good. It’s on the beach so very convenient. I didn't like having people offering horse rides walking up and down the beach...
