'Great location, great service staff. Edgar took amazing care of us at the adult pool. Checking in and being treated like VIPs was indeed a bonus and we got the OneKey room upgrade. The rooms has a few bruises from the high volume of guests. Minor maintainance on light up mirror and TP holder needed. Rooms was clean. Food is excellent. I would highly recommend staying at Krystal Grand.'

'A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.'

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. All inclusive dus de gast hoeft zicht nergens zorgen over te maken. Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten. Dan is het best druk en luidruchtig in het zwembad.'

'Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. 'The buildings and the rooms in this well maintained resort are the main attraction, the nature and the views are the strongest point. There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...

'I enjoyed my stay here. The room was older but had everything I needed for a week's stay. The shower had great hot and cold water and good pressure. This hotel was located between Bucerias, and the beach area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of buses ran past every day so there was always a way to get somewhere. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation, but there was a coffee shop and local bar/restaurant right around the corner.'
