'Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!'

'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'

'The breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection of food options. Many pools and some are even heated. Big standing soaker tubs in room and jacuzzi on balcony. Large rooms. Staff always friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the little coffee shop where we got specialty drinks and ice cream. Lots of lounging chairs available. Nice thick pool/beach towels provided. Mini bar stocked with water and pop. Elevators were never a long wait. '

'Room was clean. The price is right. It’s clean but basic. There's towels but not soap, shampoo. Spacious room, tv, wifi, continental breakfast. Parking is infront ofnthe building in a non-gated area but it's safe. Its was good for me for one night.thank you. '

'La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas....

'Paradise villiage exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Coba. The room was immaculate. We loved the beach and the beach bar. The waves were such fun and the convenience of the boogie board rental was great. The main pool was busy but there were always palapas on the beach available which was our preference. If you rent jet skis, do so in the morning when the sea is calm! The sushi restaurant was a favourite and their themed Mexican night was a lot of fun. It was fun traveling to the market and...
