'Our room was immaculate every day, food was excellent and lounging under mature palm trees on the beach was heaven. Friendly and attentive service throughout our stay.'

'Very nice place and accommodation with great attention to details. No complaints, all went well with everything: food quality and variety, staffing and amenities. The only thing I’d comment is the amount of bills and receipts that need to be signed even if you didn’t consume anything or your meal/drinks were included in the package. I want to mention special kudos to Mario manager on duty most of the time when I needed to certain things as I travel quite a bit, he came through every time and can't thank him enough for the personalized service, but I will say the rest of the staff was great to me as well all in all the very Surprisingly great experience'

'I booked a hotel through Expedia and received a confirmation, only to arrive and be told the hotel never received my reservation from Expedia. As a result, they had no room for me. To make matters worse, this happened on a night when every other hotel in the area was fully booked (new years eve), leaving me without a place to stay. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. A booking confirmation should mean the reservation actually exists on the hotel’s end. Expedia failed at the...
