Room was not what we expected even after contacting the hotel. All the pictures on Expedia were of the higher end rooms.We asked the hotel (as we booked in February 2025) that we wanted to make sure that we had a room with a nice balcony and kitchen .They responded that all the rooms had nice kitchens and balconies. Our kitchen was not great ( very small and in the way of the sliding door) we had no balcony,only a 6 x 6 foot area up against our sliding door with a 30 inch round table and two chairs that were in the way of the sliding door with absolutely no view of anything . We were extremely d and five frogs told us that they would try to move us if possible. We were there for one month and not once did they attempt to move us . There needs to be pictures available for all rooms and especially when booking we would know what our room would look like ahead of time . There are 16 rooms in this hotel and I would rate our room as the third worst room there . We will not use Expedia again and will not go back to five frogs hotel . The location although was good and Oscar at the bar was fantastic but the room we had was extremely disappointing and we were stuck in it for a month
