'The appartments looks pretty nice and the view is great. Do take into consideration that there's a noisy street closeby, so bring some earplugs.'

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...

'This was a surprisingly amazing stay. For its price the location and facilities are excellent. If you want to get a feel of Condessa I highly recommend this place. The location also allowed us to walk everywhere fun in CDMX'

'Great location and right above a lovely restaurant in Parque de Mexico. Gym on the rooftop could have been equipped with more machines and the complimentary washing machine didn’t really do much to the non sports clothes, but we really enjoyed this accommodation due to its location in Condessa.'
