Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This was our 5th trip to Cancun over the holidays and our first time at Iberostar. Overall, the accommodations were average. The buffet was OK, compared to others, but the service at times was lacking. One standout was the restaurants, they were top notch. That said, make sure you get there early to put your bar on the list as they don’t take reservations. The pools were clean but again, the service was lacking. If you wanted food or drink you were better off going to the bar on your own. Not a big issue but for what we paid we expected more. The biggest pro, which we loved was access to the beach. Located immediately behind the pool it was easy to jump between the two. Our teenage girls loved this setup. Also, not having to fight for lounge chair was a bonus. Finally, they could use more than one location for coffee. The cafe is nice but gets crowded, especially in the morning. They may want to consider a few self serve coffee stations throughout the resort. This would be a big win for those just looking for their morning caffeine.
