Maintenance came out and did say shower was not working. They moved us room 455 to 855 with a horrible view. The following day the call us to the front desk and insisted we pay for a broken television and a crack phone. Wow! Mind you we didn't get into our room till 8pm. They told me and my wife we were to pay $500 US dollars or the police would...

'This hotel is really good. The staff is amazing, Reina at the front desk, Claudia at the coffee shop and Chef Ernesto really tried their best to make us feel appreciated. I like the food variety at the Buffet. There are 4 restaurants and tge food was good. Overall everything was great. The only things I would improve are the recreation activities and the rooms need a makeover. However everything was cleaned. I strongly recommend this hotel'

'Beautiful hotel, even better than the photos, and super friendly staff. We have stayed here for 9 consecutive nights and just planned day trips all over Quintana Roo. From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The all-inclusive hotel was generally well appointed and well organized. We had some difficulties with the dinner reservation process. The atmosphere was very family friendly, and the waterpark offerings were exceptional.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
