Our group had one adult and two kids with Celiac disease, and the staff was really accommodating about showing us what we could eat and making special gluten free food for the kids. 'We’ve been to 3 separate RIU locations and this was by far our least favorite. However, I think this is a case of you get what you pay for and realizing this is more of a younger demographic party resort. The rooms are very basic and outdated. The themed restaurants are only open for dinner whereas at other RIUs they are open for lunch as well. Otherwise you are stuck with the buffet, which was lacking more costly items like seafood. I really missed the piles of shrimp, mussels, crab, etc that...

'Clean rooms. They even organized our shoes (odd but appreciative). Our view was amazing! Food was good for inclusive as well but you’d have to stand in line to make it to the steak house (seated outside) and we never got that far'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
