'The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'This is a solid hotel if you’ve been to Mexico before and know what to expect. My goal here is to give real, practical info. The location is hard to beat—less than a five-minute walk from the ferry. We arrived about two hours early with no expectation of early check-in, but Airan got us into our room at no extra charge. Great start. We booked a king bay view room through Expedia. The lobby is clean and airy, with a small pool behind the front desk—cool (not warm), but perfect after a hot day....

'The location and views of this property are absolutely amazing, as the hotel sits on a 20 foot cliff Oceanside so you have constant breezes. You can climb down the rocks and get in the ocean and if it’s not too windy, you can get in the water as it is a rocky area.
Online pics are likely old when the previous owner was operating it, it has substantial wear and tear and needs some love:)
Shared kitchen is ill equipped, we bought a coffee maker for our large group of 10. The AC seemed to work...

'Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. '

Bathroom was covered in mold
Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper.
I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience.

'Staff at the property were lovely! You sort of get what you pay for, it’s nice they’ve made the effort to modernise the property but you can tell it’s still a little worn. But as mentioned you get what you pay for.
One down side was the water ran really low on our last night, only to wake up the following morning with the toilet not flushing and no water coming out of any taps. I had to use a water bottle to get water out of the pool so the toilet would flush. '
