'They only have sheets in the bed and are not very clean sheets. One towel per person. No phone in yhe room. The only thing worth it, is the food and drinks, both were excellent. Micaela in reception was great. Also the personnel in yhe restaurants. Its definitely a 2 starts hotel. '

'From start to finish the resort was very clean and welcoming. I stayed in the xt suite. All of the restaurants was good especially the spoon(breakfast) and Spumante was top tier. Concierge was on top of their jobs. The night life was good also. Something different going on every night. All the pools were nice and had a different vibe at each. The highlight of the trip was the spa. That was the definition of pampering! Martin and Stephania did an amazing job. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
