'The hotel is very beautiful. However it seems like a catch to everything on property the “vip” experience staff literally harass you the entire time to purchase costly unnecessary things.We upgraded for $200 to the xhale package just to never really experience the upgrade. The roof too pool
was closed for a “ticketed” party the restaurants are not open most days and the food was very underwhelming. I would not recommend this resort for the price or experience '

'Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows.
Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'As an all inclusive resort, I am not impress and upgrading to enclave level for $99 /night USD is so worth it. The service is bad on day one. Guess was not given enough attentions especially for new arrival to the hotel and check-in. I wasn't even offer a glass of water or something to drink while I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby to check-in. Not sure if anyone is going to help me.
