'Room was clean and beautiful. We didn’t get the VIP greeting as promised or turn down service nightly but the staff we dealt with were accommodating and delightful.
We loved out the property wasn’t so big that you would have to walk long distances to get to places. The staff is always working behind the scenes to prepare for events.
Loved the beach, they keep it clean. '

'Staff is very friendly and nice. We paid for an upgrade of our room and had partial view of the resort and ocean. The room after renovations is so much nicer.
Food was okay, I was a bit disappointed as the sushi bar from when I visited years ago is not operating until 3am as before. But overall it was okay.

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We were recently guests of the hotel for a week and wanted to share our experience. In short I would say skip the hotel and find another one for your money. I go into detail further.
The resort has some positives and a few negatives that we could not ignore. The positives include the rooms. They are clean and have very nice views of the ocean and resort below.
The negatives include -
- the beach. This area is not cleaned daily and has an abundance of seaweed. It makes it so that it is not...

'This is not a 5 star luxury resort. The food quality is bad and it was served cold. Drink quality were bad too. No drink menus available either. Things like even getting yourself a cup of coffee and food at the pool is restricted. The waking paths through the resort area and around some pools was extremely rough that you cannot walk barefoot. On day 2 my cover up was stolen off my beach chair when we were in the ocean. This place is definitely not worth the money, is not a luxury resort...

'There wasn't a lot to do at the resort, our teenagers got bored quickly. Overall we did love the resort though. Fantastic service, very clean. Felt like a luxury resort. Dining hall could have used more vegetarian options. If you have allergies they ask when going into the restaurant but then never help you stear clear of things you shouldn't eat, so I'm not even sure why they ask. Overall it was a great stay and we did enjoy ourselves. '
