'The room was not what you would expect from a 5 star. The supposed double bed was closer to a single bed and the humidity in rooms led to pillows + sheets being damp all the time. No amount of AC, ceiling fan or anything could help. The elevators kept going out of service throughout the trip and the AC in the elevators wasn’t working many times. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and in general it was a good stay.
Beach is fantastic.
Food was okay, it wasn't mind blowing by any stretch but did the job. The special restaurant food was more creative, but hit and miss at times. We frequented the Mexican restaurant for lunch and dinner, they had some good dishes there and for dinner it tended to be less busy than Italian or Asian. Here I gotta mention that the hotel has a very strange system for special restaurants that I have not seen...
