'The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. 'The room was reserved with oceanview, and the view didn't disappoint. Sunrise and full moonrise were spectacular!!! The pool is nice and super clean. If your breakfast is included, it is two eggs made to your specs, some fruits, coffee, OJ. Or, you can order your breakfast and pay for it, and if you still have included breakfast, have that one packed for you to go. However, the property shows its age - either it is really getting old, or maybe the proximity to ocean ages it faster than the staff...

'I would not recommend this hotel and never go there again myself.
Positives: It is a good size hotel, gives a good impression upon arrival and has a massive swimming pool. The lobby area and restaurants look nice and overall the hotel has a nice vibe. There were shows every night and the waiters in the restaurants were friendly and accommodating for kids.

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
