'We had a "partial ocean view" which was mostly obstructed. They did offer to let us move, but we were already settled in for our 10 day stay, and happy with the room (other than the lack of a view). Check in was smooth, and they held our luggage until our room was ready at 3pm. On our first day, we met Ramiro, who was serving drinks poolside, and he took care of us our entire stay! 'Overall, it was a good experience. The problem was more Expedia that states it has 24 hour shuttle access and this is NOT true. It was very stressful and scary to have to find a way to get to the resort but staff at the airport helped us out. At the resort, the staff was nice but like 2-3 times we got staff members that did not look happy but seemed to expect or hint out wanting a tip. The room was amazing but again I had to call for a room clean up after having requested it and after a long day...
