'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The room is very nice and spacious, had a great ocean view which was unobstructed. We used all the items in the room and they would clean/replenish daily. We had a little leak in the room and they fixed it the same afternoon that we told them about it. The staff were very attentive and super helpful when asking questions. 'We value the beach very high for these types of trips and the beach was full of seaweed for most of the trip and the water felt a bit rough (very wavy). Not necessarily the hotels fault and on less windy days, the hotel cleaned the seaweed pretty well. However, I would go to a different area next time in search for calmer and cleaner waters.
The hotel was comfortable and clean, but we didn't like the food as much and the quality of the drinks was inconsistent (sometimes good, sometimes bad)....

'We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Mar Caribe! I traveled with my wife and two kids (6 & 9 yrs old). We found the overall service really good, the food and service in the specialty restaurants was extremely good, all the pools and pool entertainment were really nice, the kids club was amazing (much thanks to Geco and all the ladies there), Waldemar at the gym and pool exercises was cool, and the entertainment was excellent for what were looking for.
