We experienced multiple service and maintenance issues during our stay, especially concerning basic comfort and housekeeping.
On the first night, our room did not have proper blankets, which made it very difficult to sleep. When we requested blankets, we were initially given sheets instead, and one of them was damp.
During the stay, housekeeping was inconsistent, and one day the room was not serviced at all. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly — the control panel was damaged, the temperature display was unreadable, and the AC kept blowing cold air regardless of the setting.
We were traveling with children, and these repeated issues significantly affected our comfort and rest. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for this category of hotel.
