'I payed for all inclusive, I was only able to make reservations for one night out of a 6 night vacation. The app to book the reservations wasn’t working properly or the restaurant was booked for the night. So we had to settle for having dinner at the buffet. The food was not good or at times stale. Or they would run out of food. The staff was helpful rooms were clean. But overall I would not stay there again. Very disappointed.'

'We have stayed there a few times and it has been ok this time my family went it was not so great. The resorts smells bad, our AC wasn’t working good thing we had connecting rooms. But the worse part was that around 2:30am someone tried to open our balcony I called the front desk and I was told it something else. Our kids were super scared we couldn’t sleep all night. Terrible experience'

'I had a terrible experience, I do not recommend this place at all… first of all, Expedia is doing a false advertisement! This place has no casino or not night clubs, they tell you you will pay additional amount when you arrive at the facility which is a lie because they charged me triple the amount. The customer service is awful. The room are bad and don’t even have electrical connection in the bathroom or anywhere in the room to blow my hair.. they shut off the water twice without letting us...
