Beaches and pools were fun, there was a special pool and play area for the kids which was very useful for our family, and the food was very nice. 'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'This place was beautiful with clean room, awesome staff throughout my favorite Person? was Jesus at the inside bar when I had an accident he showed true compassion and kind throughout our trip asking me how I was. The room was spotless. We had a couple little issues with the toilet that did not flush very well and they fixed it promptly. Food was excellent to fair depending on where we ate. Pool beautiful. My favorite was the ocean waves and temperature. Enjoyed using my float!'

'Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Es muy económico. El personal amable, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está excelentemente bien ubicado. Cerca de todo. Justo enfrente la zona de antros y bares, la playa, Chedraui, a minutos en autobús de plaza la Isla. La alberca bien, todo está limpio. Tiene cocina común, puedes guardar en el refrigerador tus alimentos con etiqueta, cocinar, hay microondas, sala de lectura con libros y cinema.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
