I had a shock when I arrived because I misread the details but the staff reassured me it was comfy and held my biggest bag for me.
I had to get into it like five times and everytime they were happy and friendly to get it out again for me ❤️
You get a massive locker for personal items.
I’m short enough to where I was able to keep my small suitcase and camera bag in the pod with me.

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun.
- There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late.
- Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade.
- Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid.

'Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again.
The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
