'Het hostel is heel gemakkelijk te bereiken, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn echt aantrekkelijk, bedden zijn comfortabel maar de aparte douches zijn niet echt proper.'

'Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
