'The property is majestic, welcoming and caters to family and adults only. This property is the perfect combination fun and private at the same time. The variety of eating area's is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and ready to assist at any moment. The resort is located in the Hotel zone which is extremely safe in the day time and at night due to the high presence of police. My wife and I are planning a family trip for 2026. Will definitely recommend this resort to anyone who ask. '

So service: excellent, food and beverages: great, pool, outdoors: wonderful. Rooms: 1-2 stars less compared to the rest of the hotel.

"for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice.
