'The Hotel was beautiful and amenities were fabulous. The only negative was the rooms had a strong mold or mildew odor. Staff had to spray room with deodorizer daily to help eliminate smell.'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip. Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands) L’hôtel a une belle piscine. Nous avons mangé là le soir avec vue sur la marina, c’était bon et personnel très gentil !'

'Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well.'

'The property has an amazing beach. There were days the seaweed was worse but the resort has a block so it wasn’t usually bad directly in front of ours. The altitude where we stayed was decent. I would not say a true gold member status though. Was clean enough. Small rooms. Double beds so small for two people. The buffet was not great probably the worst buffet I’ve ever had. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
