'Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.'

'Had a wonderful experience, staffs are amazing people. The location and amenities are also very good. Daily entertainment is also great. Only downside was I didn’t like the bedding in my room, pillows and mattress could be more comfortable. But overall a great place to visit and enjoy.'

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
