'This property was nice with the view and the room. Staff was not good they harassed you while walking around the lobby which I found annoying. We had multiple noise complaints and I have medical issues and was unable to get sleep. We had to move rooms and still booked our return flight sooner because I was in pain from getting no rest. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
