'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun.
- There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late.
- Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade.

'The Zilara informed us 3 hours before our flight that they would not be open and booked us at the Ziva. We had confirmed with the Zilara the day before and had booked cabana’s. At that point we couldn’t cancel flights and decided to go. Zilara then texted at 10:00 pm the day we arrived that they were in fact open and we could move there. At that point we were unbacked at the Ziva and had no confidence that the Zilara was ready as we saw construction equipment at the hotel. '

'Not what I expected!! Food was mediocre. No selection at all. Cafeteria food to make it more easier understand!! Pool bar was slow at serving after tipping well. Shower drain was clogged, fan made noise and couldn’t sleep with it on!! I paid for an ocean view and the room next to me I think was a storage unit or something because it smelled like paint in my room and I got a headache. I won’t ever stay there again!! Checked out early and they did honor my early checkout after calling Expedia...

'We had an amazing vacation. We loved everything about this resort, even though it’s under renovations ! We had an ocean front plunge pool room and it was amazing! Both pools had great views of the ocean and the main pool always had music and activities.
Food options seemed limited but everything we ate was delicious. The Veranda Buffet was always well stocked and our servers Gregorio and Rolfi were just great!

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
