'Every day I passed there I was thinking about bad points to write in my review but now I'm not as upset as I was there so I'll keep it short: You don't get what you pay for. Safety issue: don't run or let your kids run around the pool because when wet the floor is very slippery, the material doesn't have a good grip. 'The restaurants had good food. Breakfast buffet was good. The drinks never stop flowing. Room was clean and redone daily. Nice pools if not diamond club u only have access to 2 pools on ground floor. All around good resort.'

'I have to say this was a great overall trip. I really loved the resort and all the restaurants that were in the resort. Everyone was so kind and polite and helped a lot with any questions and concerns that I had. The only very small issue I had was with the AC in my room, not working efficiently, but towards the end of the trip, it actually began working so overall I really can’t complain. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
