'the butlers Fernanda and Armando are really kind and responded my request quick. however the person who clean the room did not refill the amenities, like show cap, vanity kit etc. and I have to ask. The room is in good layout, i like the closet that can be opened from two sides and there are dual sinks in bath room. The food is OK, most of the restaurant staff are very welcoming. there is show every night and many activities during the day. '

'For the most part everything was fantastic. The food was good, the staff is really nice and get you involved with fun things to do. My only complaints are the elevators are slow so if one opens up, you just jump on not matter the direction. And to do any upgrades were pretty pricey. We didn't upgrade and didn't feel the need to. Overall, we had a great time and would stay there again.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
