'We liked it so much that we extended our stay for two nights! Food is diverse and delicious especially for a All Inclusive. Sit down restaurants are very good but you do need to book with time. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love the hotel. Can’t wait to be back next year! I’d have paid for the Premium package if I knew the differences before booking! 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'
