'Excellent location. Facility was clean and well maintained. The amenities in the room were a disappointment. 3 hangers 2 small towels the kitchen chair literally fell apart. The outside chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable the bedsheets did not fit. They were very quick to fix chair and tend to the AC. '

'When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door. 'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'
