'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. '

'We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa as a family of four with our 8 and 10 year old, and overall it was an excellent experience. We booked the Family Selection and stayed in a swim-out suite in Villa 50, which turned out to be the perfect location. We were just steps from the FS beach, the FS El Rinconcito pool, and close to the Colonial pool and breakfast options—everything felt convenient without being crowded. The Family Selection upgrade was absolutely worth it....

'This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. '

'The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!'
