'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Pros: - amazing pools. Like seriously, incredible pools. And you get four resorts worth to pick from, all with slightly different vibes - beachfront. Our room was about as far from the beach as you could get and it was a three minute walk. No golf carts needed - clean. It’s low season, so nowhere near the level of staff you’d typically see. The resort was still very, very clean and you constantly saw people cleaning something - restaurant Tokyo was so, so good. I wish we could have gone more...

'Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.'
