'Location on the beach, jacuzzi, clean room, very good bed, even though you can smell the humidity in the room. Very well organised. Magnificent pool and beach. Plenty of activities. A bus can transfer you all between the different Barcelo lobbies (there is 4). '

'Erick - Pool attendant was excellent, friendly and service was great. Amenities, room and food were also very good. Unfortunately no shuttle to resort and had to pay over 300USD to get to resort.'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation.'

'Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. Not a slight to the others, just they are all so great that it is an injustice to name them and...

'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'
