'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. It matches with the description. But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. The good side is the AC, shower, laundry washer and dryer all works great. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for me, for the whole 15 days, and there is no cleaning for the whole duration of the booking, which matches with the...

'Amazing resort with beautiful grounds, countless palm trees, and incredible wildlife. Seeing iguanas and colorful birds every day made our stay even more special. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options for every taste. The staff was welcoming, everything was spotless and well maintained, and we can’t wait to come back!'

'Wij vonden het een mooi hotel met mooie kamers en en prachtig strand. Mooie spa en mooi in de natuur. Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'

'This boutique resort is the top we've ever been to (it rates very high globally and its for a very good reason). My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary there and we were treated like royalty. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the place was so beautiful, romantic, exquisite and unique. The beach was lovely and I'm sure to go back soon with our whole family. Probably the best resort in Mexico, it's worth every penny!'
