'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Avoid ocean front rooms (it’s a scam with the only view being that of garden!) Water slideshow are there but not included (they charge extra for that in an all inclusive resort)'

'This boutique resort is the top we've ever been to (it rates very high globally and its for a very good reason). My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary there and we were treated like royalty. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the place was so beautiful, romantic, exquisite and unique. The beach was lovely and I'm sure to go back soon with our whole family. Probably the best resort in Mexico, it's worth every penny!'

'La habitación bien, cómoda. Con aire acondicionado. En las noches es un poco tenebroso y no hay personal. No pasó nada y quizás lo sentimos así por que ramos los únicos en la propiedad. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés si llevas auto.'
