'Property is very beautiful, food in Mexican restaurant needs to be updated more for a Mexican menu, Paul’s Beach everything it’s very nice, some of the staff was amazing. Very good customer service. only one Lady where you’re making reservation for restaurants she didn’t was so pleasant. Thank you so much for everything we enjoyed our stay'

'Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus.'

'Great spacious room, excellent locaties. Amenities are fantastic. Varied choice of food. Can highly recommend the vegan restaurant for lunch on the beach. Helpful friendly staff. All very safe. '

'The property ground’s continue to be well maintained but the rooms are beginning to age with upgrades required in the bathrooms, room furniture and drapes/curtains. We had some issues with the rooms and asked the preferred teams to reassign rooms which was quickly supported. The waterpark and dolphin exhibit were both closed and the pool at the caribe was not being cleaned daily near the swim up bar. Meals were good at the restaurants overall but a couple issues stood out with caribe buffet...

'In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop.'

'It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day.'

'Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. '

'This property was amazing. The grounds were incredibly manicured and lush. Cute picture opportunities, very romantic. The food was good with the French restaurant being the best meal we had. Consistent service . Preferred club concierge was very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous! We took advantage of both the tub on the balcony and inside the room after a full day on the beach. The musical entertainers were outstanding throughout the resort. There was a lot of activities and we did find it a little...

'Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.'
