'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Wat een heerlijk verblijf in het adults only gedeelte van het resort. Supervriendelijk personeel in elke bar, restaurant, en kamerpersoneel. Gelegen in een mangrove. Super mooi en genoten van elk moment.'

'They were super accommodating about letting us access the amenities 3 hours before check in while they got our room ready for no extra charge and late check out - they offered us a hospitality room to use so we could store our luggage, shower, and change before leaving for the airport. What a gift to be able to enjoy some bonus time on the beach before heading home to the snow. '

'We just finished a family reunion on Thanksgiving and we loved it. We stayed at the White Sands, awaiting our room at the Family Select at the Kantenah, and certainly preferred the latter, although the White Sands has a nice pool and best restaurants. The kids loved it, and the swim up is worth getting, if you can manage it.'

'The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!'
