'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Family Selection. Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The food was outstanding with plenty of great options for the whole family. We’ve been to Riviera Maya 6 times and stayed at different resorts, and this was by far our favorite. It’s truly family-oriented and made for a relaxing, memorable vacation.'

'This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. '

'The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!'

'Familiekamer met 3 slaapkamers,3 badkamers, grote living en eetplaats is heel ruim. Wij hadden zicht op strand! Verouderde infrastructuur, maar net. Schildpadden komen op dit strand massaal eieren leggen. Grote kans om kleine schildpadjes te zien in deze periode van het jaar. Eigenaar super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Menukaart aanwezig in de kamer. Diner werd geleverd op de kamer en was heel Europees en lekker ! Hotel heel gemakkelijk te vinden. Wegaanwijzing heel goed. Een kwartier daar...

'Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. '
