'It was fun to stay at the pool, the drinks were very good, the food was good but could improve more. The beach was very dirty has a lot of sargassum sadly so beach not available. Overall it was great to travel with family. Kids had fun with the water slides but we really wanted enjoy the beach. 😕 I think if the price is right, we would come back.'

'Can’t say enough about this resort. 5 stars. From its location, amenities, service teams everything was fantastic. I think my only complaint would be confusion over dinner reservations. If you are not eating at the buffet you will need guest services to make dinner reservations for you. They must be made min 24 hours before and fill up quickly. We weren’t advised this during check in. I recommend to visit guest services to make all your dinner reservations sane day as check in.'

'Our stay at TRS Yucatán was good. The highlights of our stay was the service we received and the properties we enjoyed. The food was sub par especially at the restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at Helios was the best. The room was good but the AC wasn’t working well so we had to ask for a fan which they accommodated us with. Overall good experience but it was a bit pricey for what we got. I expected better quality food.'
