'From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. '

'Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. 'I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility.
